The successful applicant will be, reliable, honest and have the ability to work unsupervised in the field and workshop, Main tasks will include but are not limited to identifying and repairing faults, servicing and preparation of new machines.

Michaels, Australia's leading JCB dealer, has a permanent position available for a Service Coordinator. As a Service Coordinatoryou will work with JCB owners to provide quality service and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is often the initial contact so having good communication skills is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming service calls and respond to all email requests.
• Liaise with the workshop foreman to schedule in services and field work.
• Provide constant communication to the customer and follow up on ongoing service needs.
• Use the Dealer Management System to open and close Repair Orders, following up paperwork where required including quotations for service and repairs.
• Maintain relationships with service providers and customers.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous industry experience or related customer service role.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
